[Hps] HPS Shifts CANCELLED until Monday April 6

Dear HPS,

CHL1 for the south Linac is out for the run with mechanical problems in its cold compressor. CHL2 for the north Linac has pressure issues with its heat exchanger thought to be due to contamination. It is expected that this can be cured by warming it. It should be available later in the week. The machine will revert to using CHL2 for a 6 GeV program; the earliest beams could be available is one week from today. HPS will likely have opportunities for 1 or 2 GeV running.

So, all HPS shifts are cancelled until Monday, April 6.  

There will be updates during the week concerning how the remainder of the program will be run, the continued status of CHL2, and plans for running HPS shifts. More later.
