[Hps] Nominations for HPS Executive Committee due June 5

Dear EC,

Elected members of the HPS EC are Tim Nelson, Raphael Dupre, F-X Girod, and Takashi Maruyama. FX and Takashi were elected in 2014 for a two year term. Tim's and Raphael's terms will end at the time of the Paris collaboration meeting. This committee will play a more and more important role in HPS as we prepare our first physics results and plan our future running.

Please nominate HPS collaboration members you would like to see on the Executive Committee. You may nominate yourself. Those presently serving and those who have served in the past are eligible.

Nominations are due by June 5, 2015.  

Once we've confirmed that those nominated are willing to serve, there will be notice of an election, which will be conducted at the Paris meeting.
