[Hps] talks at the meeting

Dear all,

Since we have remote participants through bluejeans and will be 
connected to it
using computer in the meeting room, F113, I prefer to have all the 
presentation
be done using that computer. Please send me your talk or have it on a 
memory
stick for transfer to the meeting room computer.
