[Hps] Nathan and Matt will co-lead the HPS Analysis Subgroup

Dear HPS,
 
Matt Graham has asked HPS to appoint a new co-leader for the Analysis Group, to share responsibilities with him. He explained that he's also busy with his other SLAC responsibilities (on DUNE and MicroBooNE), and could use some help pushing the HPS analysis efforts.

We're happy to announce that Nathan Baltzell has been chosen for this new position.  He is already playing a critical role in data processing and reconstruction, will help strengthen HPS analysis efforts at JLAB, and is interested and willing to help.
