[Hps] HPS Elections for EC and PPC

Dear HPS,

We'll hold elections for HPS EC and PPC at the Collaboration Meeting at SLAC, April 25-27.
If you can't attend the meeting, you may vote by sending your choices by email to Stepan, Maurik, and me (all cc'd above).
Emails must reach us by COB April 25.

Thanks to those of you who nominated the candidates, and thanks to those nominated for being
willing to stand for election. Both committees will be very important for HPS in the coming years.
PPC will oversee our first physics publications; EC will plan our future runs and upgrades and shift policy.

We need to elect all the members of the PPC for a two year term. Please vote for 5 of the following:
