[Hps] Results of HPS Election

Dear  HPS,

Elections  for EC and PPC were conducted today at the HPS Collaboration Meeting.

First, thanks to all those who agreed to stand for election. We had full slates for this year's election.

Second, thanks to all of you who voted. Votes from those who voted by email were tabulated along
with those taken at the meeting.

Congratulations to  Nathan Baltzell and Matt Graham on their election to the EC. Thanks to Takashi Maruyama and 
F-X Girod for their years of service on this committee.

Congratulations to Norman Graf, Larry Weinstein, Andrea Celentano, Rouven Essig, and Marzio De Napoli for their election to the PPC. Thanks to Maurik Holtrop for his service on the PPC.
