[Hps] Dates for the next collaboration meeting at JLAB

Dear all,

As I wrote in previous meeting we want to fix the dates for next 
collaboration meeting by
the end of August. The initial thinking was November 15-17, but there is 
some conflict with
that week and there is a suggestion to move it week before. So, please 
send me your preference
by end of month. So the proposed dates are:
- November 9-11 (starts after noon of 9th, Wednesday)
- November 10-12, half a day on 12, Saturday)
- November 15-17

Do not send email if you have no conflict with any of proposed dates.
