[Hps] Upcoming talk opportunities

We need to two (or more) selfless volunteers to give talks at conferences.
  1) B2TiP, Belle II Theory Interface Platform, Pittsburgh, May 23-25 
2016: Wants a parallel talk on dark sector search at non-collider 
experiments focusing on the JLAB experiments.

  2) ICHEP2016, Chicago Aug 3-10 2016. *Abstracts due Sunday Feb 7*.
