[Hps] Run meeting, 3pm on Thursday, February 4

Hello all,

We will start our run meetings. Meetings will be held at 3pm every 
Thursdays and
Fridays till end of the run. The first meeting will be tomorrow, 
Thursday, February 4.
You all should have got the bluejeans info. For locals, we will meet in 
conference
room upstairs in counting house.  Upcoming weekend shifters (experts 
especially)
should make an effort to participate.

Tomorrow's meeting will discuss readiness for the run and closing the 
hall on Friday.
The run plan for the weekend will be discussed as well.
