[Hps] Status update

Dear all,

As many of you read from logbooks we are still waiting for beam. No definite word on when machine 
will be ready to send beam to halls. Hall-B is in controlled access at the moment to work out an
issue with reading our vacuum valves in EPICS. The hardware, FSD, and the vacuum in the beam line
are in good shape, the problem is in the software. Experts are working on it. 

To everyone, please, when you are in the counting room read and sign on the sign-up sheet for run 
safety documentation. All these documents are also available online, on the run info page. By signing 
you acknowledge that you read and understood the COO, ESAD, RSAD, ERG.
