[Hps] Reserve Rooms at SLAC Guest House SOON

We have a room block at the on-site Stanford guest house, but it is of limited size and the guest house is under pressure to release the rooms for other events if we don't fill it by the end of this week.  So we recommend reserving your lodging there as soon as possible, either online <https://rde.stanford.edu/hospitality/stanford-guest-house>  or through the guest house front desk (650) 926-2800.  You must provide the group code HPSCOLLAB0416 since there are no rooms available outside this room block (see workshop accommodation page <http://www-conf.slac.stanford.edu/darksectors2016/accommodation.asp>  for details).   If, after providing the group code, you are still told that there are no rooms available, please contact Traci Kawakami <traci at slac.stanford.edu> who is keeping a wait list associated with the block.  Her list will have priority for any rooms that become available later.

So please reserve soon--you can always cancel later if circumstances change.
