[Hps] Week before run starts

Dear all,

In less than a week we should have all subsystems HCO signed OFF, and the
run documentation, procedures and manuals updated and ready for the run.
Please plan your pre-run checkout activities accordingly and please update
the documentation on the run wiki (only 2 manuals have been updated so far).
Subsystem experts, please make sure you have on call cell phone in your 
hands by
Thursday, February 4. I have PDL, SVT and slow controls phone in my office.

We have done a great job in reassigning shifts from our faraway 
collaborators to
our local folks. Thanks to everyone who responded promptly. It saved travel
budgets on both ends. While we are good to start  (first week) we have 
unassigned
shift for second weekend. The most problematic is one shift, worker owl 
on Friday,
February 12. If anyone who is around and can help let me and Bryan know.
