[Hps] Dates for the next collaboration meeting at JLAB

Dear all,

At today's Executive Committee meeting it was proposed to have next HPS 
collaboration
meeting at JLAB on November 11-13, 2016. These dates were chosen for the 
following
reasons: September/October are much too busy with many other meetings 
and other
activities at JLAB; the first week of November is the Hall-B CLAS 
collaboration meeting;
the second week is the election week, November 8.

So, please look for any possible major conflicts and let me know by the 
end of August.
