[Hps] Beam time request for CY2018

Dear all,

We just submitted beam time request for calendar year 2016 (CY2016) for 
HPS.
The request is for total of 57 days (32% of remaining beam time) at two beam
energies, 2.2 GeV and 4.4 GeV. The details are in the attachment.
