[Hps] Nominations for PPC and EC

Dear HPS,

We are scheduled to have elections for the PPC and EC membership during the HPS Collaboration Meeting at SLAC,
April 25-27.  

We will be electing all five members of the PPC  and two of the four elected members of the EC. The role of the PPC will be especially important for HPS in the next two years, as we present and publish our first results. The role of the EC will continue to be important as we schedule running and propose future run plans for our experiment.

The first step in the process is to nominate new candidates. All members of HPS can participate.

For the PPC, please send your nominations for PPC members to Stepan, Maurik, and me, cc'd above. All the present members (Larry Weinstein, Andrea Celentano, Marzio De Napoli, Rouven Essig, Maurik Holtrop) will have completed their present terms, so must be nominated to stand for re-election. All HPS members are eligible for nomination. Self-nominations are encouraged. 

For the EC, F-X and Takashi will have completed their two year terms this Spring. Please send your nominations for EC membership to Stepan, Maurik, and me. All HPS collaborators, including those presently serving, are eligible. Self nominations are encouraged.  

Please send your nominations for PPC and EC soon. Nominations will be closed on  March 31, 2016.
