[Hps] Shift Schedule for run extension

Dear HPS

A shift schedule for the run extension, the 4 weekends in April has been generated.
After discussions, it was decided that the assignment be made in the following way.

April 1 - 4 have been assigned to those who had cancelled shifts last weekend.

April 8 - 11 since notice is relatively short, we are seeking volunteers from ALL collaborators who could cover.

April 15 - 18 and 22 - 25 have been generated and assigned to Institutes based upon the statistics.

To expedite any changes which you may wish to make, and given 3 weeks notice, rather than have open swap/trade period, please make contact directly with the appropriate Institute Rep and cc me.
