[Hps] Congratulations Omar!

Dear HPS,

Omar Moreno, an HPS student at UCSC, successfully defended his thesis on Tuesday at Santa Cruz.
Ever the multi-masker, Omar did it with his wife and newborn son Maddox in the first row.
There was no crying (from Maddox). This marks (almost) the completion of the first HPS thesis.
Omar will hand in the final copy in a week or two.

More good news. Omar has taken a post-doc to work with Philip and Natalia on LDMX at SLAC
and will remain an HPS collaborator. 

Congratulations, Omar! Well done!
