[Hps] access to the hall

Dear all,

This is to remind you that if you are planning to access to the hall 
while you are on site,
you must refresh you SAF111 training. You need read and sign the new 
document which
has been in effect since October, 2016.
The Hall-B ERG (SAF111) can be accessed through JLAB training page or 
from the
Hall-B main page.

Have safe trip to JLAB.
