[Hps] Confluence restriction on analysis group pages.

Dear Collaborators,

I think it’s important that we not allow public access to all of our analysis group documents and meeting minutes/talks, so I have restricted viewing and editing of that part of the HPS confluence to the hps-editors group.  Please let me know if you have a problem accessing this area and I will make sure you are added to the group.
