[Hps] Has the dark matter misery been solved?

Dear colleagues,
take a look at the paper in attachment. It seems that using an 
astrophysics techniques this group has been able to reveal a significant 
excess of baryonic matter in the universe.
It would be good have some feedback and comments from our theoreticians 
about the impact of these results on our searches.
