[Hps] HPS Collaboration meeting page, ready for registration

The web page for the collaboration meeting on May 22-24 is ready -

Registration page can be accessed from the menu on the left side of the circular. 
Please register as soon as you can!

The link to the program is still points to indict page of the May, 2017 meeting. As soon agenda is finalized we will crate and link a new indigo for the upcoming meeting.
