[Hps] Nominations for PPC and EC

Dear HPS,

We'll be holding elections for PPC and EC at the upcoming Collaboration Meeting at JLAB.

To start the process, we need nominations.

If you are interested in serving on either (or both) committees, please nominate yourself.
You may also nominate another HPS collaborator you think suitable for these positions.

Please get your nominations in by May 4. Send them to me, Maurik, and Stepan (cc'd above).

PPC will be voting for two new members. Norman, Rouven, and Andrea will continue for another year.
Larry has decided not to serve again.

EC will be voting for two new members. In addition to the spokespeople, Nathan and Matt G will continue for another year. Note 
that as of the collaboration meeting, Tim will take over John's role as co-spokesperson, so he will 
be a member of EC by virtue of that, so will not be eligible for nomination.
