I put a modified 'beam_coords' called 'beam_coords_xy' in hps-mc that can handle both x and y rotations.
I will generate some events to see what it does to the asymmetry.

Rafo/Nathan's talk at 12.16.2015 HPS weekly meeting quotes -0.4 mrad as beam theta_y. In MC, theta-Y is always 0. In fact, the current function that sets the beam parameters at the target cannot handle non-zero theta_y.
