A Review Committee (Norman Graf (chair), F-X Girod, Valery Kubarovsky, and Raphael Dupre) has been charged with critically reviewing the physics content of the note and reporting to EC and PPC on its suitability for approval. EC and PPC are charged with granting formal approval.

The Review Committee will consider input from HPS collaborators. Please send your comments regarding the correctness and completeness of the physics analysis to the committee c/o ngraf at slac.stanford.edu<mailto:ngraf at slac.stanford.edu> . To be considered, they should be received asap, and no later than Jan. 15, 2018.
