[Hps] Second round of collaboration review of our first physics paper

College of William & Mary has an "&". Not an "and". Nor a "%" (some of
you might have noticed that in the draft of my dissertation that I sent to
the collaboration a few months ago, I had an % instead of a & in the name
of the college on the last page. Such has been since corrected.)
Should we mention that we used only the part of the dataset with the SVT at
0.5 mm from the beamline? Or can we gloss over the existence of the 1.5 mm
dataset?
Other than that, it looks good.
