[Hps] Second round of collaboration review of our first physics paper

Dear Stepan,
I approve. Please list our DoE funding too (since we are not under
JLab's contract). You can either mention our grant number
(DE-FG02-96ER40960) or mention the granting agencies the way that CLAS
does it, listing them all in order without numbers and mentioning the
JLab grant number at the end.
