[Hps] HPS Elections for EC and PPC VOTE BEFORE MAY 24

Dear HPS,

Please remember to vote if you won't  be at the collaboration meeting next week.

On the last day of the upcoming Collaboration Meeting at JLAB, May 24, we'll hold elections for EC and PPC.
Two slots (of the 4 for EC or 5 for PPC) are to be filled this cycle. With new physics publications, documentation,
upgrades, and a future run in our future,  both EC and PPC will have lots to do.

If you are able to attend the meeting, please vote then. If not, please vote before May 24 by email to
Stepan, Maurik, and myself.
