[Hps] Collaboration meeting May 29 to 31, 2019

Dear HPS,

The collaboration meeting page is now ready and the registration is open 
for everyone. Please register even if you are planning to participate 
remotely.

We are planning to have 2.5 days of meeting right before the start of 
the first physics run.  Program of the meeting will be available 
shortly. It is expected to have extensive discussions for the planning 
of the upcoming run as well as the progress of 2016 data analysis and more.
