If there is a problem with Gabriel being on call, then I can do the other 2 in August as well.

Hi Bryan,
I will be at JLab at that time as expert on call. If it is allowed, I will be happy to cover them.
Best regards,

Dear Collaborators
Thanks to JLab and Bradley stepping up, there are now only 2 W&M shifts that need covered.
Expert day 10 and 11 August
If you can cover these 2 shifts, please contact me directly and I will assign them.
Bryan

Dear HPS Collaborators,
Sorry for this odd request: In order to satisfy a residency requirement for my sabbatical in Mainz, I will not be able to travel to JLab for HPS shifts this summer. Since Sebouh has graduated, and I will not be able to replace him until this coming year, W&M has no staff for HPS shift-taking. Would any of you, perhaps, be willing to take some or all of these these shifts? I promise to pay you back in full during the following HPS run. There is a total of 10 shifts in two blocks (see below). Thanks so much for your consideration of this.
