[Hps] [Jlab-scicomp-briefs] experimental physics /work fileserver issues

Some clients of the experimental physics /work area are unable to mount new areas and some existing mounts are now stale.  We are working on a resolution to the problem. Some ifarm and farm nodes will be rebooted shortly to clear the errors.
