[Hps] One more call for the HPS shifts

Dear All, Dear spokespersons!

We started to take production data this weekend. We have beam, the detectror is in a good shape
but we still need to staff the HPS shifts. I would like you to consider to help collaboration with shifts.

We have uncovered:
- 7 owl expert shifts,    August 29-31,
                                         September 3-4
- 4 expert day shifts,     August 31 - October 3
- 5 expert swing shifts, August 26, August28-30,
                                          September 2nd
- Only one day worker shift September 3.

In total:15 shifts.
