[Hps] Daily RC meeting

Hi HPS,

We have been seeing the best beam conditions yet, since yesterday
afternoon.
Lets meet today at 2 pm (EST) to discuss what has been going on here in the
last couple days.
We should decide the plan for how to utilize these great beam conditions.
