[Hps] Volunteers for the review committees

Dear all,

We are in the important phase of the 2016 data analysis. Both groups, bump hunt, lead by Rafo, and vertexing, lead by Matt S., are making very good progress and working on the analysis notes. As we discussed at the collaboration meeting, we want to form a review committee for each analysis early on and let reviewers be closely involved in the analysis process. This will be very useful for analyzers and beneficial for the reviewers and will help to expediate the review process. 

With that said, we are looking for volunteers for two review committees, 3-person in each committee for the bump hunt and vertexing analysis.  Please let us know by January 1st if you are available to serve in any of the review committees. The chair of the committee will be appointed by EC after the committee is firmed. The review committee will include an EC member how is conducting oversight of a particular analysis.
