[Hps] RC meeting today @ 2pm

  The beam recovery is in progress. However, there was a brief power outage early this morning (~1AM), impeding the recovery. This power outage did not affect the Hall B power; vacuum is good, SVT chiller is up, and all the computers are running. They will restore the beam to Hall A first since it's a single pass. The beam tuning to Hall B could start during the day shift tomorrow, July 7. All HPS shifts until 8:00AM tomorrow July 7 are cancelled, but the shifts start from 8:00AM. We have a run meeting today to review the detector readiness.
