[Hps] RC meeting at 2 pm and machine status

Dear all,

As of 9:40 am machine started the planned work to improve beam stability 
and reproducibility. We expect beam to be restored in the machine 
sometime during the swing shift. So, HPS shifts will continue from the 
swing today.

The daily RC meeting today is at regular time, 2 pm, in the counting 
house 2nd floor conference room. The bulejeans connection details are on 
the run wiki.
