[Hps] RC meeting at 2pm and run update

Dear all,

We will have our run meeting at 2pm in counting house 2nd floor 
conference room. Bluejeans info is on the run wiki.

Machine is straggling to deliver beam for experiments. None of 
experiments are getting what they asked. Hall-B beam tune will not 
happen at least until tomorrow when Hall-C will go to 5-pass.
*HPS shifts for today (day and swing) and owl tomorrow are canceled. **
