[Hps] NO RC meeting today

Dear all,

Yesterday access was made, and the upstream flange of vacuum chamber was 
removed, and
it was found that the target grounding wire was broken.

Most probably now we will not have the same issue that was causing links 
to get out of sync.

We just finished beam tuning in the tagger, and soon expect the beam to 
the FCup,
and if the beam profile will be acceptable, we will pass to the SVT 
commissioning plan.
