[Hps] Machine status and the start of the run

Dear all,

Today we had the first MCC scheduling meeting after the machine shutdown 
at the beginning of April. The plan is to put a beam in the machine 
today, with a goal to tune for halls A and B possibly at the end of next 
week. The MCC 7:45 am meeting for run coordinators starts on Monday.

Installation of HPS is progressing well and will be completed on Friday, 
latest. The full survey of the alcove, beamline and ECal, will happen 
either on Monday or Tuesday. We expect to be ready for beam on Thursday, 
as planned.
