[Hps] Message from Maurik "Checking your training status"

Dear HPS,

To check your training status at JLab, you have to go to a different 
server than the one you can reach when you are at JLab.
Here is what seems to work:

Go to: https://misportal.jlab.org/portal/insight/frontPage and log in 
with your JLab CUE credentials.

The page you get to has a bunch of “panel” with links, so it is likely 
different for everyone, but if you type “training” in the search box, 
you should get to the training status page. Here you can see what your 
training status is, and when each training will expire.
