Dear HPS,
After polling people for key progress reports, it seems a number of topics either are not quite ready to discuss yet, or key people are out of town. However, next week - in addition to status reports on the SVT, hodoscope and DAQ integration - we should have some further discussion of our run plans. In particular, I would call out things that need some preparation time:
- special targets (require fabrication)
- calibrations (requires coding / DB work)
- monitoring (requires coding)
- data quality (requires coding, identification of effort for DQM)
On the general run plan, I would ask you to please spend some time looking through Stepan’s slides from last week and consider how to sharpen the outline there in your area of expertise.
