[Hps] Election of a new member at the upcoming meeting

Dear HPS,

We will hold election of a new member Dominique Marchand (Orsay) at the upcoming HPS collaboration meeting. As part of Orsay team, Dominique will contribute in the calorimeter related work. Her nomination was endorsed by EC. The election will take place during the morning session on Friday, May 31.
