[Hps] Candidates for two EC members, vote if you are not planning to attend the collaboration meeting

This is a reminder for those who are not planing to attend the collaboration meeting in person or will not be at Tuesday late afternoon session, please send your vote for 2 candidates for members of EC by noon on Nov. 19.
