[Hps] HPS collaboration meeting on May 13-15

Dear HPS, 

We will have our next Collaboration meeting on May 13 to 15, from 8 am to noon PDT (add 3 hours for EDT and 9 hours for CEST). This is a remote (virtual) meeting, with only 4 hours a day to accommodate different time zones. 

The meeting will focus on three main topics, completion of the engineering run data analysis, preliminary look at the 2019 run data, and HPS’s response to the PAC48 jeopardy call. We expect to see the final (approved) results of the resonance and displaced vertex searches from the 2016 data set and their readiness for the publication. Discussion of the 2019 data will be geared towards understanding the detector performance. As for the preparations for the jeopardy at PAC48, we will discuss the proposal update (deadline for submission June 1st) and the presentation at the PAC meeting in July.  

Please mark your calendar, we would like to have you at the meeting. While this is a virtual meeting, we need everyone's participation in the discussions of important key topics.
