[Hps] Preliminary results of 2016 analysis for your approval

Dear HPS,

The analysis review committees, PPC and EC approved and released results of resonance and displaced vertex search analysis of 2016 data. Great success! 

The plots that we are planning to include in the jeopardy document and in the presentation at JLAB users meeting next week (speaker Matt S.) are posted at -

According to our bylaws, we need the final approval by the collaboration. Unfortunately, we are late and the timeline for approval is short, sorry for that. So, please take a look at the plots and send your vote to me, Tim and Maurik. If you can do it before eob tomorrow, Saturday, June 20.
