[Hps] Election of a new member, please vote!

Dear HPS,

We have a request for the HPS collaboration membership from Prof.   Lauren Tompkins (Stanford University).  The HPS Executive Committee discussed and fully endorsed the membership. The request letter, with commitments, is attached. Prof. Tomkins's group is already involved in HPS, in particular in the analysis of 2016 data (SIMS) and preparations for the 2021 run (work on FEBs). 

Please send your vote for the collaboration membership of Prof. Tomkins to me, Tim, and Maurik. The deadline for votes is 8 am EST on Wednesday, November 18. The results of the election will be announced on the last day of the collaboration meeting, the afternoon of Friday, November 20.
