[Hps] New Collaboration and PPC members

Dear all,

As announced at the last day of the collaboration meeting, we have a new member of the collaboration, Prof. Lauren Tompkins, Stanford University. Our worm welcome to Lauren and her team!

We also elected two new members of the publication and presentation committee (PPC). The new members are Alessandra Filippi (INFN) and Matt Graham (SLAC), congratulations to both! I also want to than Avery one who agreed to be on the ballot.
