[Hps] HPS Collaboration meeting, November 18 to 20, 2020

Dear HPS,

Our next collaboration meeting will be on November 18 to 20, 2020, in a remote setting from 8 am to noon PST (11 am to 3 pm EST). The three-day meeting will focus on preparations for the next year’s run, the publication of the second paper from the engineering data, and the calibration and analysis of 2019 data. As always, we will hear updates from JLAB and Hall-B. We have elections to be held (via emails) before and be announced at the collaboration meeting. Look for separate emails for the election of a new member and the PPC.
