[Hps] Election of two new PPC members

Dear HPS,

At the upcoming collaboration meeting on November 18-20, we will hold the election of new members of our Publication and Presentation Committee. The election will be held via email two weeks before the meeting, then the results will be announced at the meeting. We need to elect two new PPC members to replace Rafo and Andrea. Please send your nominations for two to me, Tim, and Maurik by November 4, 2020.
