[Hps] [EXTERNAL] HPS Calibration/Reconstruction Meeting Wednesday, April 13

Dear Colleagues,

Apologies for the late notice, but we will have our Data Calibration / Event Reconstruction meeting today:

April 13th, 11 AM Pacific, 2 PM East Coast, 8 PM Europe.

The Software Working Group has been disbanded.  Consequently, the series of meetings which had been held after the HPS general meeting on Wednesdays has come to an end. It has been replaced by a series of meetings which will alternate between discussions of Monte Carlo issues and those related to data calibration and event reconstruction. These meetings will take place on Tuesdays, 11AM Pacific, 2PM Eastern and 8PM CET. Today's meeting will touch on calibration / reconstruction issues.
