[Hps] Update on run preparations

Dear HPS,

We are getting ready to buttered up for the beam on the swing on Friday. SVT is installed and will be surveyed tomorrow. The installation of parts of the beamline from the forward carriage to HPS, the hodoscope, and the rest of the downstream beamline will follow Thursday afternoon. The final survey of the beamline and as found positions pf hodoscope and ECal will take place on Friday morning. 

As announced before, we will start shifts with the day shift on Friday. Please make sure if you read the COO, ESAD, RSAD, and ERG and sign in the yellow binder in the counting room.

If you missed it, we had very successful tune mode beam delivery to the Hall-B tagger dump las Saturday. Beam properties were as expected per sever harp scans. All the controls for the beam devices and monitoring tools worked as expected.
